Bhandardara is a beautiful hill destination in the Sahyadri Mountains of Maharashtra, known for its waterfalls, scenic valleys, and peaceful surroundings. It is a perfect getaway from the busy life of Mumbai and Pune.

The tour includes a visit to the ancient Amruteshwar Temple, a historic Shiva temple famous for its beautiful stone carvings and unique architecture. Nature lovers can enjoy stunning views from Ghatghar Kokankada, a popular viewpoint overlooking deep valleys and lush green forests.

You will also visit the unique Myanmar Gate, known for its distinctive design and photo-worthy surroundings. Near Igatpuri, explore the magnificent Randha Waterfall, where the Pravara River cascades into a deep gorge. During the monsoon season, the famous Umbrella Waterfall near Wilson Dam becomes a major attraction with its unique umbrella-shaped flow.

With its mix of nature, history, and breathtaking landscapes, the Bhandardara Tour offers a refreshing and memorable travel experience.

09:00 pm : Gora Gandhi Hotel, Borivali Station West

• Borivali – Jogeshwari – Andheri – Bandra – Sion – Mulund – Thane

Itinerary

Day 01 – Saturday

• Meet our team at Borivali Station at 09:00 PM, followed by pickups from other designated points.
• Begin our overnight journey towards Bhandardara.

Day 02 – Sunday

• 02:00 AM: Tea break and freshen up en route.
• 03:00 AM: Arrive near Bhandardara and enjoy a magical Fireflies Sighting Session.
• 06:00 AM: Reach the base village and relax for some time.
• 08:00 AM: Wake up and enjoy breakfast.
• 09:00 AM: Start local sightseeing and visit Amruteshwar Temple, Ghatghar Kokankada, Bhandardara Dam, and nearby attractions (subject to available time).
• 12:00 PM: After lunch, begin the return journey to Mumbai. En route, visit the famous Myanmar Gate near Igatpuri.
• 08:00 PM: Reach Mumbai with wonderful memories of an unforgettable Bhandardara trip.

The cost per head includes the following.

• Bus travel from Mumbai to Mumbai

Cost Excludes

• All kinds of extra meals / soft drinks ordered.
• Insurance, tips, porters, bottled mineral water, aerated drinks etc.
• Any kind of personal expenses.
• Any kind of cost which is not mentioned in the cost includes above.
• All expenses incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances like road blocks, bad weather.

• 2 Litres of water must

• Medications if required for individual
• Avoid wearing precious ornaments on an event, if possible

Important Notes

• Basic toilet facility will be available at the base village. Considering it is an outdoor activity, please prepare accordingly.
• We advise participant with any medical issues /history not to opt for this event. Still If he/she does so, it should be at the participant’s risk. The management won’t be responsible for any incident.
• Smoking/drinking/smoke up is strictly prohibited during the event. Anyone found doing so will be immediately expelled from the event.
• We request you to go through the complete itinerary. Since it is a group event, we will not be in position to entertain any request of leaving early from the event. Respecting the fellow trek buddies, please adhere to the schedule and take back lovely memories.
